Sheer Illusion – a Film by Izzy Ruiz

The Fall fashion season is upon us and the streets of new york have quickly transcended from bright summer effervescence, to the bold flavors of Autumn.  So as an ode to the upcoming fierce fashion events coming up, Mr Izzy Ruiz has shared with us his trendsetting fashion film – Sheer Illusion.

Sheer Illusion is a seductive film which takes us on a fashion journey as a young woman evolves into a fierce creature of the night.

Ion Studio’s Naomi Knights, created neon hair pieces using organic powder pigments recently brought over from the Middle East. Ryan Stone of Ted Gibson, helmed the luxurious hair of one of the strongest models I’ve ever worked with, Innovative Artists and Bulgarian born, Silvia Ranguelova. She had power, presence and a lightness of being, captured with both grit and grace by photographer Shoko Takayasu.
